- Every pet is weighed on the studio’s digital scale at the start of the appointment. The final service price is based on their weight that day.
- Final pricing may vary with coat condition, matting, behavior, time required, or requested style.
- A $5 deposit reserves standard appointments. Peak holiday appointments require a 20% deposit; deposits are applied to the final invoice.
- For your pet’s safety, any portion that cannot be comfortably completed will be omitted.
- Payment is due at pick-up. Tap, credit/debit, and cash are accepted.
