Questions? You’re in the right spot!

Helpful answers.
No head tilts needed.

Here’s the scoop on appointments, safety, grooming, payment, and everything in between.

Calm visits begin with clear expectations.

These policies protect the quiet, one-on-one experience each pet receives. By booking, pet parents agree to the studio policies and signed grooming consent and release.

Planning your visit

Appointments

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! New-client appointments are currently open. Review the new-client information and salon policies, then use the online booking system to request an appointment.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. Every visit is by appointment so each pet can receive private, one-on-one attention in a calm environment.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit and may be charged 20% of the requested services.

What happens if I arrive late?

Because appointments are scheduled one-on-one, a late arrival may need to be rescheduled so the next pet’s time is protected.

Before grooming begins

Health & safety

What vaccinations are required?

All pets need current, verifiable rabies vaccination documentation. Puppies under 16 weeks must have completed at least two rounds of puppy starter vaccinations. A rabies tag alone is not accepted as proof.

What health or behavior information should I share?

Please disclose medical conditions, allergies, medications, senior status, seizures, skin concerns, anxiety, reactivity, biting, and any special handling needs before the appointment.

Do you use muzzles?

No. Services may be modified or stopped if a pet cannot be groomed safely without one. Special-handling fees may apply when extra time or support is needed.

What is your flea and tick policy?

Pets should be on a veterinarian-recommended preventative. If fleas or ticks are found, service stops immediately, sanitation fees apply, and prompt pick-up is required to protect the home-based studio.

03

Comfort comes first

The grooming experience

What if my pet cannot tolerate part of the groom?

That portion will be omitted. Safety and comfort always come before aesthetics, and no discount is offered because the reserved time and individualized care were still provided.

Can you groom senior or medically fragile pets?

Care is focused on cleanliness and comfort, but grooming can aggravate hidden or existing conditions. Please share all concerns in advance so the safest plan can be discussed.

How are matted coats handled?

The safest option may be shaving or careful de-matting. These services take additional time and carry risks such as irritation, nicks, or temporary sensitivity, so additional charges apply.

Is trimming included with a Bath & Brush?

No. A standard Bath & Brush does not include face, sanitary, paw-pad, or paw trimming. Choose a Bath & Trim when light maintenance trimming is needed between full grooms.

After the appointment

Pricing & pick-up

How is the final price determined?

Starting prices are based on size and service. Final pricing reflects the pet’s weight on the studio scale, coat condition, behavior, style requested, and total time required.

When should I pick up my pet?

You’ll receive a courtesy notice about 15 minutes before completion. Please pick up within 45 minutes of that notice to preserve the calm, low-stress environment. Late pick-up fees may apply.

What payments are accepted?

Payment is due in full when grooming is complete. Cash and debit are accepted without a processing fee. Credit card and tap payments have a 3.5% processing fee.

Are booking deposits refundable?

Booking deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the final invoice. Completed services and final pricing are non-refundable.
