New clients are required to complete a brief intake form and grooming waiver prior to their first appointment. This information allows me to understand your pet’s history, needs, and comfort level so I can plan a safe and positive grooming experience.

Coat condition, including matting
Pets must meet basic vaccination requirements for the safety of all pets. Please review vaccination details on the FAQ page.

Your pet’s well-being always comes before aesthetics. All services are performed gently and only if they can be completed safely and comfortably.
If any portion of a groom cannot be safely completed due to behavior, tolerance, or stress level, that portion will be omitted. No discounts are offered for incomplete services.

Pricing is based on size, coat type, and condition. Specialty haircuts, longer-length trims, and matted coats may require additional time and care and may incur additional charges.
If additional services or adjustments are needed, they will be discussed prior to proceeding.

Pets under 16 weeks old must have two rounds of puppy vaccinations.
